Today, we hosted the very first YAI Young Actuaries Career Day – a fully virtual and free event designed to empower aspiring actuaries to actively shape their careers. The program featured expert talks, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, covering both professional and personal development.
The pilot event attracted 219 registrations from 36 countries, with the strongest participation from France, Germany, Kenya, Ireland, and Portugal. Engagement during the live sessions was high, and participant feedback confirmed strong satisfaction with the event’s format, platform, and topics.
The program combined expert talks, panel discussions, and interactive exchanges. Highlights included sessions on personal skill development with Ines Manai (AG2R La Mondiale) and Norbert Haller (AXA), and career-focused contributions from Aurélien Couloumy (Dylogy), Laurent Sabatié (Skyline Partners), and Sarah Schadek-Keane (Emerald Group). Panel discussions moderated by Anna Diermann (Deloitte) and Alexandra Kettenhoven (WTW) rounded out the program.

The YAI Young Actuaries Career Day 2025 was organized by the Young Actuaries Initiative (YAI) in collaboration with the French Institute of Actuaries and the German Association of Actuaries (DAV), with the support of the career platform actupool.com.
